This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the customer (“Customer” or “User”) and Ares Technologies LLC (“the Company”). By utilizing or ordering any services through Ares Technologies LLC, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions, which govern the use of our services, including but not limited to pricing, refunds, billing, and service delivery.
All services and content provided through Arestecglobal.com are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected under copyright law. The Company retains all rights to the website’s software, data, and underlying information.
Customers must take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to their accounts. The Company grants the Customer permission to access, copy, print, and save documents ordered as part of the paid service.
Pricing for services is subject to change. Any modifications to prices will be communicated prior to the final billing transaction. Each service is charged individually, and the Customer is responsible for any outstanding balances, including applicable taxes or shipping fees.
Payments must be completed prior to the delivery of ordered services. Billing is initiated upon Customer’s confirmation of the order via the "Order Confirmation" option. Payments made using credit cards may fail, and the Customer remains liable for outstanding amounts, including any chargeback fees incurred from using third-party credit cards.

Warranty: The Company ensures that all data is obtained legally and does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. However, it is not responsible for inaccuracies due to errors in public records.
Disclaimer: Services are provided "as-is" without warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of documents. The Company is not liable for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies arising from negligence or other causes.
The Company’s liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Refund requests must be submitted within 20 days, along with a signed copy of this Agreement, to the Company’s designated email address.
The Customer agrees to indemnify the Company against any third-party claims arising from misuse of services.
No amendments to this Agreement are valid unless signed by both parties. The Company reserves the right to revise these terms with 30 days' prior notice. The Company is not liable for delays caused by emergencies, health conditions, or restrictions on county office access. Customers will be informed of such delays promptly.
Standard service turnaround is 24-72 business hours, starting at 12:00 AM EST for after-hours orders or at 12:00 AM EST Monday for weekend orders. Delays may occur due to complex searches, common name ownership, rural counties, or extensive searches such as 30-year or commercial property investigations.
Upon placing an order, Customers will receive a confirmation email summarizing the order. It is the Customer’s responsibility to notify the Company immediately of any errors in the order details. Refunds are not provided for errors caused by the Customer, including but not limited to incorrect addresses, parcel details, or email information resulting in undeliverable reports.
