Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Ares Technologies, we recognize the importance of clear and fair refund and cancellation policies. Due to the nature of our service-oriented business, which involves substantial effort and customization, we are unable to offer refunds or money-back guarantees once work has commenced.

Policy Guidelines

1. Refund Before Work Commences

A full refund will be provided if the project has not started within six (6) hours of payment confirmation.

2. Orders with Incorrect Information

Refunds, whether partial or full, will not be issued for orders containing incorrect information if work has already begun or has been completed.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you wish to cancel your order before work starts, you are eligible for a full refund within six (6) hours of payment confirmation.

This policy applies on both business and non-business days.

4. Cancellation After Work Has Started

For orders where work has already commenced, cancellations will be assessed based on the progress of the work. The proportional cost of completed work will be deducted before issuing any applicable refund.
